While there is a free shuttle service from the Fairbanks Airport to the Bridgewater Hotel (arranged by calling them at +1-907-452-6661 when you arrive), your best options for getting to UAF from the airport are probably a taxi, or an Uber/Lyft. There is a public bus, but it only runs on weekdays, and has limited hours of operation.
